And when you include beans or legumes to your diet (constipation or otherwise), you ensure that your bones become strong, have healthy blood flow, and the immune system is strong and healthy. So what foods come under beans or legumes? Eat soybeans, adzuki beans, pinto beans, green beans, garbanzo beans, kidney beans, navy beans, and canella beans.
The normal infant's stool color depends on their age. As they are constantly on the food change process they have different stool color as they switch to different food, like breastfeeding then bottle feeding then their initial solid food and so on.
As far as normal bowel movement is concerned, there is no specific definition as it depends on several criteria. However, according to the health experts, a medial brown colored stool (or any shade of brown) is considered normal. Occasional yellow stool also signifies normal bowel movement. Other factors that signify healthy digestive system are toothpaste like consistency, sinking in water, presence of little gas, and smooth passing of stool without straining.

At times the child may suffer from severe diarrhea, dizziness, bleeding rectum, respiratory problems, not passing enough urine as well as weakness.
